Today, I am sharing my letter written to many senior officials at Australia Post. They all worked under the leaderships of Ms. Holgate and Mr. Fahour.

This letter was written just a few months after Ms Holgate started working for Australia Post in October 2017.

All the recipients of this email are involved in one or more ways in my Identity theft matters. They have been contacted numerous times with the request to come up with the truth and documents involved in this matter. They have failed and continue to fail to come up with the truth.

You all are expected to adhere to the following Australia Post values and ethical standards.

We conduct our business with integrity and in compliance with all laws, regulations, codes and corporate standards relevant to our operations. We require our employees and contractors to commit to the highest ethical standards of behaviour in their dealings with customers, the corporation and each other.

Ethical standards

Australia Post seeks to conduct its business with integrity, honesty and fairness, and in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, and corporate policies and procedures. A new Our Ethics guide was launched in 2009 and is being promulgated through every level of the business. Our Ethics makes it clear that directors, employees, licensees and contractors of Australia Post are responsible for leading by example, upholding the corporation’s values and always acting consistently with the ethical standards in their dealings with customers, suppliers, the corporation and each other. Managers and supervisors have a special responsibility to encourage and foster a culture in which ethical conduct is valued, recognised, demonstrated and expected. Under Australia Post’s whistleblower policy, an independently operated contact service is in place to facilitate the confidential disclosure of serious breaches of ethical standards.

In the attached PDF document is it the genuine signature of Mr Paul Gardner or it is a forgery?

I hope in this new year the corruption and crimes cover ups, as has been happening from June 2006, is not continued.

Is the name Security and Investigation now changed back to Corporate Security?

You now have a new leader. She is Ms Christine Holgate. Please go to her and tell her about all your wrongdoings as the first starting point and then please tell her that this has to end. Getting a new National Manager Corporate Security is fine but that person should not be fed with anything to cheat him/her to protect the ongoing corruption and crimes cover ups to protect numerous people in Australia Post is my suggestion to you all.

You cannot rely on legal threats to me and rely on simply deliberately not responding to letters. Not a single person was brought to the AAT to stand in witness box. Not a single person wrote any affidavit that was fully involved in the alleged corruption and crimes cover ups as per the AAT requirements.

Please do not use Ministers/Shadow Ministers to write baseless letters to protect Australia Post. Nothing has worked so far and nothing will work in the future unless the truth is told and wrongdoings accepted is my view.

You may not have seen any case like this because you have failed to understand that the people can have enormous patience. The law is not on your side and the truth is on my side and the TRUTH WILL ALWAYS TRIUMPH. This is why you must realise your limitations to cover up matters where the story has built up and up and up from June 2006. 

Please do not listen to the police if they are telling you to cover up this matter as they are the ones who could charge you for the part that you could be playing in these matters any time because they are not the ones that have provided me with the fabricated JP certified documents. It was Australia Post and I hope you will take notice of that.   

The excuse of Mr Fahour to leave was seven years was too long a period to be on the top job. That will not hold any water in the future. Judicial corruptions also have limitations and the police corruptions also have limitations.

Is the newly advertised position for the National Manager Corporate Security by Australia Post is for replacing Mr Scott Staunton? Is he going back as the Head of Legal or going to work behind the scenes like Ms Helen Fleming of the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman or has resigned already like Mr Fahour and will continue till the replacement is found?

I hope you all will adhere to your own publicised values and ethical standards all the time.

I hope you have realised that the police corruption, AAT corruption, moral bankruptcy of the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, Criminal misbehaviour to protect Australia Post of Dr James Popple and Prof John McMillan, NSW Police Officers lying in the witness boxes in the former ADT where Ms Linda Pearson was the Member, corruption in the NSW Information and Privacy Commission, wilful blindness of numerous politicians and government agencies to protect Australia Post has not worked so far except for prolonging the matter.

I have no reason to stop fighting against the highest-level corruption in our country. I am requesting many to start from Australia Post as this is where the corruption and cover ups started and has continued for all these years. More and more people will get involved if the matter is not resolved and that could make the matters worse is my view.

I await your response. Verifying the signature of Mr Paul Gardner is now the priority. I asked him this question but he failed to respond.

I am of the view that you have realised that this matter will continue till it is fully resolved.

This was the end of my letter dated January 13, 2018.

Dear Supporters,

I contacted Ms Holgate many times to hold people involved in the cover ups to account but she remained silent all along. Instead of holding the wrongdoers to account she allegedly joined them. Her silence on the documented corruption and cover ups was never going to help her but she failed to respond to my many letters, documents, evidence and the fact that Australia Post officials started the cover ups.

Her predecessor Mr. Ahmed Fahour was no different. He allegedly continued to protect the wrongdoers. All the support they got from outside of Australia Post continued to protect them. Eventually both of them resigned and the reasons for their resignations never added up and, in my view, will never ever add up.

As per my understanding five out of the ten recipients of my email above have left their long-term jobs at Australia Post at different times. They are:

1.     Ms Christine Corbett ($1.5 Million a year Chief Customer Officer)

2.     Ms Erin Kelly (Corporate Secretary)

3.     Mr Paul Burke (Many Positions Including Corporate Secretary)

4.     Mr. Evan Henley (Senior Workplace Relations Advisor)

5.     Mr Paul Gardner (Senior Manager- Assurance)

Attached to my letter was the PDF document of Mr Paul Gardner’s signature that appeared on the letter to my solicitor on Australia Post letterhead with a false date and no reference number of any kind.

I asked every recipient of the letter above and then numerous others at Australia Post if this is a genuine signature of Mr. Paul Gardner or is a forgery. No one, including Ms Holgate, Mr Andrew Ballantyne, Mr. Nick Macdonald, Mr. Oliver Cousland, Ms. Lia Tomaras, Ms Helen Moritz, Mr. Gary Starr, Ms Nicole Sheffield, Ms Bhavana Chhagan, Mr Rodney Boys and Mr. Chris Lenton wanted to tell me the truth. They did not respond.

The letter received by my solicitor was baseless and if this signature turns out to be a forgery where would Ms Holgate, Mr. Fahour and their teams go? Where could other officials of Australia Post run?

No one in the media, despite receiving my many letters, have shown any courage to hold anyone to account. There are many in the Parliament House allegedly engaged in protecting Australia Post officials over the years.

The other five in the letter above could still be in Australia Post. They have many questions to answer.

I appeal to anyone and everyone in Australia Post, Licenced Post Offices, Contractors, Seminar organisers where Mr Gardner was invited to speak, people in the Parliament House, Ministers, Senators and Members of Parliament to tell me if the signature in this update photo today is that of Mr. Paul Gardner or is a forgery. Mr. Gardner left Australia Post without responding to any of my letters. He now works for Suncorp. He was responsible for Fraud control while working for Australia Post but has remained silent on the documented fraud and crimes in my ID theft matters. His unacceptable silence on the letter to my solicitor is very much questionable. He was working as a Corporate Security Group officials of Australia Post in Sydney at the time is highly likely.

Acting Team Leader June 2006?

Manager- Fraud Control and Financial Security 2012-2014

Mr. Gardner left Australia Post job in just three months after my above letter to him. His all the paths to hide the truth about his own signature were closed. Who will investigate the reasons behind Mr Gardner leaving Australia Post job?

This unprecedented matter has a potential to hold many people to account and that is why it is important for the people of Australia to support me and my family-the victims. This is a Public Interest matter where a million people in Australia alone become the victims of Identity Theft.

How much money was spent by Australia Post officials for covering up corruption and crimes is also important to find out because we all own Australia Post. We want corruption free Australia Post. $19950 spent by Ms. Holgate for gifting Cartier watches will look like a loose change if all the expenses are added up, including the cover up costs that includes external lawyer hire, time spent by numerous officials, resources used, travel cost of hired and in-house lawyers from Melbourne to Sydney to attend Administrative Appeals Tribunal-AAT hearings, FOI responses costs where flawed decisions were made and there is a possibility that special advisors may have been used to remain silent on the corruption and crimes cover ups cannot be ruled out. This will probably involve advise to Ms Holgate and their own in-house lawyers that are part of the alleged cover ups to remain silent on my letters to them. Who will investigate?

Australia Post has appointed PwC to take information from the whistle-blowers. I have lot of material to prove that they are not independent and impartial. Their job is to allegedly protect the big names in these matters will be my allegation. Sometime in the future I will consider to prove how this PwC appointment is a waste of Taxpayers’ money. Some involved in these matters have left PwC after failing to respond to my questions. They are allegedly controlled by the same people against whom I have concerns is highly likely because PwC will not tell me the names of the people that they send the disclosures to. Where is the transparency? My disclosures could end up with the same people in Australia Post to make decisions that are part of the cover ups. What a joke? The oversight of that is with the Commonwealth Ombudsman. The officials of OCO are allegedly as corrupt as the people in Australia Post. This watchdog has seen revolving door of the Commonwealth Ombudsman as bad as the Australian Prime Ministers coming and going. Everything is very well documented. This fight will expose corruption in watchdogs as well.

I challenge Ms Holgate, Mr Fahour and numerous others to prove that they have not failed in their duties while holding the top jobs at Australia Post. Have they adhered to their own rules, ethical standards, service charters and responsibilities while the corrupt activities were put before them? Have they helped my family at all before resigning and also after resigning?

I thank my 40806 strong supporters for supporting me and my family by signing my petition. I thank all those that have made excellent comments. I request people of Australia to support every corruption fighter and whistle-blower to protect our failing democracy. We can make a change that is overdue. We do not want Australia perceived as getting more and more corrupt every year.

A corruption free country is my goal. Fighting for justice is important. Fighting against the corruption is extremely important. Everyone cannot fight corruption therefore those that cannot do it must consider helping those fighting corruption for the benefit of us all. I have been working on it from June 2006 almost non-stop.

The politicians including the Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, Ministers and the Senators should not forget that they are the servants of the people. No matter who brings the corruption to their attention they must act for making our country corruption free. We start from Australia Post because it is a Government Business Enterprise-GBE that is owned by and operated for the people of Australia.

There is no point in saying “Nobody is above the law” and then protecting those that are allegedly breaking laws of Australia on an ongoing basis.

What is urgently needed is an immediate Parliamentary investigation to find out why Australia Post officials are involved in the cover ups. How much money they have already spent to cover up this matter? What is the benefit of Australia Post officials to keep the truth covered up? Who were caught in the act where Indonesian Passport was used as a photo ID on my name by the criminals? Who wrote the cheque and posted envelope to me that was planned to end up in the PO Box on my name? Why that envelope is not delivered for the past SIXTEEN + years and hidden by Australia Post officials and this fact is ignored by Ms Holgate, Mr. Fahour and many others. Why everyone is silent on the authenticity of Mr Paul Gardner’s signature as explained above. What was the motive behind the premeditated crimes that Australia Post wants to cover up? Who was involved in providing falsified JP Certified documents to me to cheat me and my family?

SIXTEEN years of corruption to protect criminals is wrong, unfair, unreasonable and unjust. This National Disgrace cannot continue.

The time will come for Mr Fahour, Ms Holgate and numerous others under their leaderships to put their heads down in shame. These two millionaire migrants that claim to have worked hard, paid their taxes, love this country, loved their Australia Post jobs, made a good life in Australia and so on have allegedly contributed to destroy my family’s life. I work hard, I am a migrant, I came to Australia as a Permanent Resident with my family, I train Local people, I raised my family, I pay my taxes, I help people in need of help, I try to make the businesses I worked for and work for profitable, I share my expertise and knowledge with the people so that they can make good money, so what is the difference?

I fight corruption and both these millionaires have covered up the corruption. No matter how many jobs they change, no matter how many millions they earn, this Australia Post corruption continued under their combined leadership of TEN long years will remain as a fact. They failed to adhere to their own rules and then left their multimillion-dollar jobs by allegedly not telling the truth about what was boiling in the background.

No one in the media has any courage to question them and expose them for the part they played in protecting the wrongdoers. ABC included.

Our politicians kept protecting them by remaining silent. Why? I hope the newly elected Labor government will keep their past failures to address this matter, while they were in the government, behind and act and act decisively right now. We do not need a Federal ICAC for this matter because the corruption is documented. The failure of Morrison government to address this matter is very well documented.

The government is responsible to see why my family is made to suffer for protecting criminals. We start from Australia Post.

 Thanks again to my 40806 supporters from every corner of Australia. In the last week my supporter number went up by over 200 signatories. My supporters are extra ordinary Australians. They all want the truth and justice for my family is my view. I assure each one of them that their support has a potential to clean up corruption on a massive scale in our country because this is just a start.

What will follow is exposing judicial corruption, police corruption, corruption in watchdogs, corruption in Parliament House, corruption in Office of the Australian Information Commission, corruption in NSW Information and Privacy Commission while simultaneously exposing corruption in Australia Post.

Those who want to come forward and accept that they acted dishonestly in these matters must come forward now is my suggestion. It is my goal to prove that just because you are a CEO does not give you any authority to cover ups the wrongdoings of people working under your leadership.

One day they will have to face the people of this nation because we need a decent, fair and honest democracy in Australia. Just because the politicians get elected, they do not get a licence to cover up crimes if they want to.

I request the people of Australia and my supporters to keep helping us because we are on the right path of fighting highest-level corruption in Australia. The affected people could be suffering in silence and could be very much fearful of telling their experiences is highly likely.

The people that get paid to give my family a voice in the Parliament have failed to act, failed to raise this matter in the parliament and failed to ask questions to Australia Post officials to explain their cover ups.

Many politicians gave voice to Ms Holgate but then failed to respond to my letters with a request to give me a voice as well. This is not called democracy.

My fight for justice will continue and it will come with more documentary evidence of the failures of the people to act and resolve this matter.
