A PIL was filed in High Court to challenge Government's decision to transfer PCMC Commissioner, Dr. Shrikar Pardeshi. A group of citizens from Pimpri Chinchwad area went to High court, Mumbai on Friday (21st Feb 2014) to present their views. The PIL was filed by Mr. Balbir Singh. We presented the Online petition, the signatures, comments by various citizens, facebook feedback, news paper cuttings, etc to High court judge. He read the comments and understood the seriousness of the issue. He responded positively. The High court has asked Government to respond by 28th Feb, 2014 on this issue.
