This atrocity must stop immediately and the people responsible for this tremendous cruelty must be punished and arrested for this horrible crime. Having fun at the expense of another's suffering is sickening and harmful to the minds and hearts of the people from Mexico. Sadism should not be encouraged by letting barbaric actions such is this one goes without punishment!
