It is apparent that Russia, Saudi and OPEC intend to continue use oil as an economic weapon against the West  in order to impoverish and destabilize us with their kleptocratic wars and policies.

The American people are suffering with these kleptocrats creating outrageous energy costs, resulting in high inflation. 
Putin, MBS, big oil and Wall St are making record profits on the misery of American citizens.

It’s time for this to stop!

The government must declare an energy/ economic emergency.

In the Second World War, we pitched in. We diverted resources to the war effort, resources like meat, sugar and gasoline. Everyone had a gas ration card and once you used up your allotment, if you didn’t have a vital defense job, your driving was severely limited.

We request that the administration issue gas ration cards to everyone who owns a car or truck.This would seriously curtail internal combustion vehicle use. It would not affect electric vehicles  with those owners enjoying unlimited usage. Incentives for EV purchases should be provided by the government and loans and incentives to assist the auto industry to transition to EV ‘s. Most manufacturers are already there. Americans will transition to EV’s rapidly so they can continue to enjoy the freedom of the open road. And they would do that at a much lower cost.We should encourage car pooling and public transportation.

We must institute a SUPER GREEN DEAL to remove our vulnerabilities to foreign distillates and crude and set a goal to transition to carbon free technologies in two years, This will provide many new jobs absorbing those lost in fracking, refining and coal mining. Renewable energy along with the electrification of our rails, and other transportation systems will allow us to checkmate any hardships Putin and his pals may throw at us. 

This initiative will also mean that we will take a huge bite out of global warming and help our planet. It’s a win-win.

We can bankrupt Putin, MBS, and OPEC, we almost did it two years ago during the pandemic shutdown. Because no one was driving, oil dropped to negative thirty five dollars a barrel. Oil was worthless. If we remove oil as a weapon, our enemy’s economies will collapse, followed by their kleptocratic governments.
