BRIDGE RE-INSTATEMENT TIMETABLE

As you will be aware a Leyland Estate site meeting with Network Rail on 7th March has resulted in suscess with the announcement that the bridge would be reconstructed.

We understand works have not commenced due to minor legalities and believe works should now commence in approx 4 weeks time with completion before the end of the year. 

(Ditchford is scheduled to close at this time for bridge repairs)

Our "New" bridge at Leyland is to be constructed on a "like-for-like" basis and is yet to be confirmed if this will be single carriageway or unrestricted. After all, the traffic lights were introduced for the weak structure.......which of course the new bridge will not be!
