Woking BC does not have a copy of the model either

GBC commissioned the housing model on behalf of Woking BC and Waverley BC and itself. That's because they form a 'housing market' in West Surrey. Now Woking BC says it has never seen the model. Are they scrutinising the figures? Mr Spooner says he 'trusts' GL Hearn. That's not good enough when he's spending public money. A higher standard must apply when they are spending 'other people's money'.
