Several “Big Lick” Good Ole Boys physically threatened a BillyGoBoy.Com news reporter who was at the Woodbury Lions Club Horse Show on July 7, 2018. The reporter was exercising his First Amendment rights to Freedom of the Press by taking photographs and videos of the horse show held on public property. https://youtu.be/gsC4kf6x_Q0 Following the confrontation initiated by the “Lickers”, the “Big Lick” participants huddled up around “Big Lick” Multi-Millionaire Ms. Martha Blackmon Milligan of Panama City, FL. https://www.facebook.com/BillyGoBoy/photos/a.370864003036702.1073741828.370842346372201/1592523610870729/?type=3&theater Here is “BABY HORSE” Two Year Old Amateur Class with Ms. Martha Blackmon Milligan cheering on the participants: https://www.facebook.com/BillyGoBoy/videos/1591669857622771/ Wealthy persons like Ms. Martha Blackmon Milligan make up the warp and weave of the “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty culture which MTSU Horse Science Professor Equine Vet says “is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses”. Ms. Milligan is especially not happy because CCABLAC efforts ended the Panama City Beach “Big Lick” Horse Show which she founded. It was held Panama City Beach, FL for many years. CCABLAC’s efforts to do so included the use of social media to educate the public regarding the Animal Cruelty, and the First Amendment right to peacefully assemble and protest it. Also, local CCABLAC Animal Welfare Advocates attended City Council and Tourist Development Board Meetings, and they ran ADs in the local newspaper paid for by donations from people like YOU.
