This “Big Rig” is owned by “Big Lick” Multi-Millionaire Mr. Duke Thorson, Thorsport Farm, Murfreesboro, TN.
“Big Lick” money people like Mr. Thorson NEVER want the public to see what goes inside the "Big Lick" world.
WE have raised 27% of what is needed to take care of immediate costs related to the Seay v. Rowland, et al law suit. So far, $2,340.00 of the $10,000.00 needed has been raised, leaving $7,660.00 to go.
To fight "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty is why the BillyGoBoy.Com website published videos taken from the Columbia (TN) Spring Jubilee Horse Show on June 2-4, 2016, and put them on the internet so MILLIONS of persons could see the Animal Cruelty and end it - just like the Ringling Brother Circus animal abuse was ended.
On June 3, 2016, Maury County Sheriff Mr. Bucky Rowland violated the First Amendment rights of CCABLAC animal welfare advocates and the publisher of BillyGoBoy.Com, by ordering them to: “TURN OFF YOUR VIDEO CAMERAS” at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show.
The Seay v. Rowland, et al, First Amendment/Civil Rights lawsuit was filed in U. S. District Court on August 23, 2016 to make sure what Sheriff Rowland did NEVER happened again.
The Seay v. Rowland lawsuit is NOW at a crucial stage.
The three new Defendants have filed Motions To Dismiss. It is necessary to answer these Motions and provide legal authority for them not to be dismissed. In conjunction with this, three legal depositions, including Sheriff Bucky Rowland, are set for August 17 – 18, 2017.
Also, the publisher of BillyGoBoy.Com is asking the Federal Court to issue an Order forbiddign Sheriff Rowland or any of his deputies from interfering with the September 23, 2017, PC Splash Horse Show at the Maury County Park. This “Big Lick” Horse Show is put on by “Big Lick” Multi-Millionaire Ms. Martha Blackburn Milligan of Panama City, Florida
Lawsuits cost money!
The sum of $1,000.00 was paid this week to a national legal research firm to assist in preparing legal documents.
* Tennessee’s leading Court Reporting firm has been retained to video and audio the Depositions, and prepare transcripts. Costs will include issuance of Subpoenas, payment of witness fees and mileage expenses. Estimate - $5,000.00
* An outstanding paralegal firm has been retained to assist with the case. Estimate $1,500.00.
* A top legal process serving firm is serving Subpoenas upon the members of the Maury Horsemans Association who will need to be deposed. Estimates are $350.00.
Please click here to help CCABLAC pay for these costs.
