Maury County (TN) Sheriff Bucky Rowland was sued for telling the publisher of BillyGoBoy.Com website publication and CCABLAC Animal Welfare Advocates to “TURN OFF YOUR VIDEO CAMERAS” on June 3, 2016 during the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show. The Seay v. Rowland, et al, First Amendment/Civil Rights lawsuit was filed in U. S. District Court in August 2016 to make sure it never happened again. This case is now at a crucial stage. Four important legal Depositions in the Seay v. Rowland, et al First Amendment lawsuit must be taken in three weeks.
