This is a HUGE Victory for CCABLAC and "The Horses"! Local citizens appeared before the TDC last Spring urging the Board to NOT pay the money, but the Board never let it be known publicly its decision. www.billygoboy.com learned last November the money had not been paid, and CCABLAC ran an Ad in the Panama City News-Herald newspaper in March 2017 publicizing it. In Panama City Beach, there remains the matter of: * Prosecution of "You Are A Dead Man" Death Threat against CCABLAC animal welfare advocate - News Reporter for www.billygoboy.com website publication. But now CCABLAC will take the Campaign Against "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty to COLUMBIA, TENNESSEE, where two years ago a "Big Lick" Horse Trainer drove a truck at a CCABLAC protestor. And last year, Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland told www.billygoboy.com and CCABLAC animal welfare advocates associated with the website to "Turn Off Your Video Cameras". A Civil Rights lawsuit was filed against Sheriff Bucky Rowland in Federal Court in Nashville in August 2016, for violating the First Amendment rights guaranteed by the United States Consitution.
