The Depositions disclosed that the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show Manager and a “Big Lick” videographer entered into an “Agreement” which was then used by Maury County Sheriff and his Deputies, and also the “Big Lick” videographer, in an attempt to deprive, intimidate and threaten American Citizens of their constitutional rights. Citizens were attending a horse show in a public park, taking videos with the intention of putting them on the internet for the World to see the “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty which is perpetrated upon Tennessee Walking Horses.
