The forces of darkness have embedded themselves in the President Donald J. Trump administration. They are presently wreaking havoc at the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) removing records and attempting to kill the Federal Rule to abolish “Big Lick” Animal Cruelty. Many good people who are animal welfare advocates voted for President Trump. They are bewildered about what is happening. The animal welfare organizations based in Washington are entrusted to see nothing like this EVER happens. Unfortunately, they were caught napping. Sadly one national organization sadly blew a golden opportunity to finalize the Federal Rule to remove the “Pads and Chains” in 2016.
