On the same day (January 19, 2017), the Office of the Federal Register announced (at 8:45 A. M. EST) that the scheduled publication date for the - Horse Protection: Licensing of Designated Qualified Persons and Other Amendments - Federal Regulation (Rule) to abolish "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty will be published next Tuesday, January 24, 2017. Under the new Regulation, the torturous "Chains" will be removed 30 days from January 24, 2017. This will occur on Thursday, February 23, 2017. Depositions and Production of Documents are approved, and will proceed expeditiously * Oppose the State of Tennessee spending ONE DIME of Tennessee taxpayers money to prop up and legitimize "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty. * Protest Equus Film Festival for having "Protect The Harvest" (Pro Horse Slaughter - Against Regulating Puppy Mills) Political Action Committee as its "Presenting Sponsor". * Prosecute the perpetrator who recklessly endangered the lives of CCABLAC animal welfare advocates protesting "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty at the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration "Big Lick" Horse Show at the Tunica MS Expo Center on Nov. 3, 2016.
