Rowland, John Does, I - X, case set for Wednesday, Jan 5, 2017, in U. S. District Court in Nashville, Tennessee. The Court will be asked to set a trial date, and authorize plaintiff discovery. If granted, the discovery will include: production of documents and evidentiary depositions, which hopefully will allow "Getting To The Bottom" of what Horse Show Manager Mr. David Sisk and other "Big Lick" supporters may have done to result in Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland "ORDERING" animal welfare advocates to "TURN OFF" the video cameras, and threatening “criminal liability”. --------------------------------------------------- Everyone is waiting to see IF the OMB (Office of Management & Budget) will publish the Final Rule in The Federal Register. This will remove the "Pads and Chains" and abolish the "Big Lick" Animal Cruelty.
