To Donate, please click here: https://www.change.org/f/boycott-animal-cruelty-to-big-lick-tennessee-walking-horses WE now have 49% of the $10,000.00 goal to fund this lawsuit. Only $5,295.00 left to go. If you have contributed, Thank You!!! (Please consider this an update.) If you have not yet donated, Please consider doing so. This slo mo video (June 2, 2016) is of a “Big Lick” TWO Year Old Horse wearing 8+/- pound stack shoes and chains at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show. Please look at the horrific “Big Lick” gait. Listen to the sound of the 8+/- Shoes hitting the hard track as the Chains slap against the sensitive skin above the horse’s hoof. The next night (June 3) Sheriff Bucky Rowland told CCABLAC animal welfare advocates, and www.billygoboy.com reporter, to “turn off the video cameras, and that they could incur possible criminal liability if they did not. The Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show manager, Mr. David Sisk spoke to Maury County Sheriff Bucky Rowland before this occurred. Mr. Sisk is a wealthy “Big Lick” supporter who bragged he owns more than $500,000.00 of “Big Lick” Tennessee Walking Horses. Mr. Sisk has judged the Tennessee Walking Horse National Celebration more than one time, and he won blue ribbons on Three Year Old Amateur Stallion, “Sisko Kid” at the Pulaski (TN) Red Carpet Show and the Woodbury (TN) Lions Club Show. Lawsuits cost money. Court filing fees ($400.00) have been paid. A noted paralegal firm has been retained to assist with the case. A national legal research team has been hired to assure that all bases are covered. Necessary subpoenas are being prepared to be issued by the Clerk of Court. A top process serving firm has been employed to serve subpoenas upon necessary persons and businesses. An excellent Court reporting firm has been retained to record the deposition testimony. Arrangements are being made for a suitable place to conduct depositions, and have documents produced, examined and copied. Evidentiary Depositions will be conducted of various persons to get to the bottom of why Maury County (TN) Sheriff Bucky Rowland ordered CCABLAC animal welfare advocates, and www.billygoboy.com reporter to turn off the video cameras at the Columbia Spring Jubilee Horse Show held in the publicly owned Maury County Park. If you would like to give a $15 - $25 - $50 - $100 donation, or whatever you can afford, to help pay for the costs of this important law suit, please click here to contribute: https://www.change.org/f/boycott-animal-cruelty-to-big-lick-tennessee-walking-horses You will receive weekly progress reports on the lawsuit. CCCBALC Videos like this one taken at “Big Lick” Horse Shows throughout the South are exposing the “Big Lick” which MTSU Horse Science Professor Equine Vet Dr. John Haffner says “is a business built on the suffering and pain of horses”. https://www.facebook.com/BillyGoBoy/videos/933739123415851/ YOU can help us get JUSTICE for “The Horses”, and the CCABLAC animal welfare advocates who stood up FOR ‘The Horses” on June 3, 2016, and made videos from the Gulf of Mexico at Panama City Beach, FL to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Asheville, NC to Times Square in New York City to the Tennessee Governor’s office in the State Capitol in Nashville, TN. Thank you for your support! CCABLAC (Citizens Campaign Against "Big LIck" Animal Cruelty) We speak for "The Horses" who cannot speak for themselves." (ms. res. not sol.)
