TURBO - CHARGED GOVERNMENT ! ! !

Boris Johnson has started as he means to go on ! At turbo-charged pace!
He has visited Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, to assure them that he will get Brexit done. He promised them lots of money while ignoring the fact that the majority of people, especially in Scotland, voted to Remain in the EU.
He then came back to Westminster to say that his first priority is the NHS and promised 20 hospitals money, in addition to that promised by Mrs. May. However John Ashworth, Shadow Health Secretary, reminded us that the extra money is well short of that lost to the NHS by the long years of austerity.
Next he promised money for Education, but Shadow Education Secretary Angela Rayner, said she was concerned that after Brexit, schools may not be able to feed their pupils and some may have to close.
Home Office Minister, Priti Patel said there would be more money for the police and that she wants criminals to feel fear.
Stephen Barclay, Brexit Secretary, has told EU Negotiators that this government wants to start again with a new Brexit deal. The government does not like the Irish Backstop so they want to dispense with it. He also said that if they cannot agree a better Brexit deal, the UK will leave the EU by October 31st 2019.
Commentators are saying that a no-deal Brexit is the most likely outcome and that the damage to the economy will be disastrous, but the Chancellor says it will be only a temporary downturn.
Every minister who has spoken so far confirms that a no-deal Brexit is more likely than not, but appear quite unconcerned. They say new trade-deals will be very quickly made. Boris Johnson and Donald Trump are on good terms so there will be no problem.
I keep getting visions of a group of young children playing with bricks and building walls around them to insulate them from all the people who disagree with them or show them that their policies are not possible or only a token. I am waiting for the tantrums which will ensue when their plans fail!
It might be funny if it wasn't so serious.
Please write to Jeremy Corbyn to remind him that he must decide whether he he will support what is best for the country ie: Remaining in the EU and ask him to let you know.
His e-mails are: jeremy.corbyn.mp@parliament.uk.
Many thanks!
