The Spartanburg High School student body would like to make the proposal of naming the new Spartanburg High School football stadium “Dixon and Rose Memorial Stadium,” after our fellow classmate, and friend, Nick Dixon, and athletic trainer Bryant Rose. Nick was a leader and role model both on and off the field throughout his days as a student at Spartanburg High School, and Mr. Bryant Rose served Spartanburg High School for many years, and impacted the lives of so many student-athletes throughout his years at SHS. It would mean so much to the peers, family, and friends of both individuals to have the stadium named in their honor.
