hello mr johnson..im mrs irene sparrow sister of mrs marlene oniell and aunty of mr antony robinson.

my sisters ( mrs marlene oniell ) son was killed by micheal halliday outside the roundell pub in thornaby stockton on tees he started arguing inside the pub with my nephew antony robinson. our antony went out to go home as he always did when he had had enough to drink.and micheal halliday followed him and he went upto our antony and started having words with him then out of no where micheal halliday punched the fatal blow and our antony went down on the concrete hitting his head on the concrete which is where he died that instant ....micheal halliday walked off and micheal hallidays son stayed at the scene and shouted to his dad "" dad what have you done" micheal halliday continued to walk off to go home called in the chinese for a meal and carried on home he got changed into shorts etc and just sat as if nothing had happened..until the police went to his home and arrested him for the fatal assault on my nephew.antony robinson.. micheal halliday  was put on remand then went to crown court and was handed a sentence of 7yrs ( he has got previous for fighting and was handed a suspended sentence.in the past )..he was in holme house prison and now transferred to kirklevington open prison where he goes home for days then returns back daily to kirklevington prison and is allowed home for weekends all told by the time he comes out he will have done 2 yrs if that of a 7yr sentence..where is the justice in that they put it down to maslaughter it wasnt manslaughter at all he knew he was going to do this horric attack that night there was a text message to one of our antonys friends from micheal halliday stating he was going to kill him but that was ignored in the crown court..why? now micheal halliday is getting out of prison we all upset over this my sister marlene oniell his mum and our family  as been given a life sentence because of this ..its ok for micheal halliday he will be out drinking and getting drunk and bragging about what he did . to my nephew..this manslaughter law should be changed when they given a sentence they should do the sentence ..my sister and our family are doing a life sentence of what micheal halliday as done to my sister and our family..my sister marlene gets councilling and cries every night as with antonys children that was left behind because of what micheal halliday as done ..im petitioning to get this law changed to longer sentences and to change from manslaughter to life imprisonment please mr johnson help me and others who have been in the same situation of these horrific attacks to get this law changed from manslaughter to life..
