Hi everyone! It's been awhile since you've heard from us but we've been working away in the background keeping the Government accountable to their promise of restoring the Starlight sign. It's not been an easy process - it's been slow and frustrating but we are excited to announce that we have made some headway as per the recent Canberra Times article (http://www.canberratimes.com.au/act-news/starlight-sign-to-power-up-gentleman-20150307-13wfoy.html) However, we are disappointed about the Government's plans to only partially restore the sign (leaving out the movie title boxes under the main sign). We will continue to liaise with relevant authorities to push for the sign to be fully restored. Please help us make this happen by joining the "Starlight Sign" facebook page and being part of the conversation about why it's so important to fully restore the sign. We will be posing questions to those passionate about this restoration and the responses will be taken to Minister Gentleman to shore up our stance.
