For the past five years, our residential areas have been subjected to severe, continuous, and retaliatory flight disturbances. These disruptive operations are authorized and enabled by the Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA), an incompetent Las Vegas City Council—with "selected" Councilwoman Kara Kelley turning Ward 2 into an active war zone and acoustic hellhole and Councilwoman Francis Allen-Palenske failing her constituents—alongside Mayor Shelley Berkley, allegedly weaponizing the city's legal team and issuing threats, even prosecution and further intimdaiton to residents protesting the airport unfettered and unethical growth.
Furthermore, the County Commission have refused to offer any help or relief to affected neighborhoods while the abusive staff at the aviation department has been engaged in falsifying noise and safety reports without conducting the land compatibility part of a Part 150 noise study. Instead of filing lawsuits against the FAA like other proactive municipalities across the country, or petitioning for reasonable flightpath changes, the local leadership has claimed ZERO accountability.
This state-enabled harassment is further exacerbated by Congresswoman Susie Lee's incompetence. Meanwhile, our residential corridors are being aggressively targeted with lower and louder flights starting from 3:00 AM until past midnight. 500 low flying Operators are conducting low-altitude flights between 200 ft and 500 feet, with helicopters dropping as low as 50 feet in coordinated, retaliatory actions against taxpayers on the ground. Concurrently, low-flying commercial planes are hammering densely populated areas at dangerously lower altitudes and louder flights starting at 3 AM till past midnight, fueled by the FAA’s aggressive NextGen policy push. Targeted Harassment by Rogue Operators
• Exploitation of Training Loopholes: Helicopter operators, abusive flight schools, Parasitical Sky Combat Ace, and other high-performance aerobatic planes have repeatedly targeted noise-sensitive corridors. • Non-Stop Disruption: Sky Combat Ace aircraft and other high performance acrobatic and loud small planes - specifically high-decibel Extra 300s—disrupt our airspace up to twice a minute, operating continuously day and night.
• Hazardous Maneuvers: In direct retaliation against residents, Sky Combat Ace, flight school, hobby pilots and their criminal aviation friends have engaged in highly hazardous maneuvers, including unauthorized close-formation flying, turning off transponders, while grossly violating 14 CFR 91.119 min safe altitude, to evade digital tracking, and conducting illegal dives directly above a residential zone.
• Sustained Low-Altitude Intrusions: These rogue operators have intentionally maintained sustained noise profiles directly over westbound, even at altitudes as low as 100 feet creating a risk of mid-air collision.

We estimate that at least 40% of this air traffic operates in gross violation of FAR 91.119 (Minimum Safe Altitudes).
