LOW FLYING JETS ARE ASSAULTING Sun City Summerlin on a daily basis now. There is Constant jet noise and fuel pollution as early as 5 am and as late as 11 pm. Our homes are under siege and a FREE auxiliary training ground for planes with a dark history of fatal crashes and major safety concerns.
BANNED or DISMISSED in most places, these planes have found a safe haven: North Las Vegas, with no regulation or ordinance.

Chennault flying services registered under TACTICAL INTEGRATED TRAINING SOLUTIONS LLC, Vegas Aviation, CLEAR SKY AVIATION SALES & LEASING LL, West Air Flight training, SAVAUGE AIR LLC, CASS AVIATION LLC, N4269T (FUNK DANIEL M) owned by https://www.mentoneflyingclub.org SPAD55 (Civil Air Patrol - regularly flying over SCS early mornings), Crosswinds Aviation (located in AZ), N247MA, All In Aviation (from Henderson now practices over Summerlin), MEYERS MICHAEL A - N598BM, OVERLAND FREEDOM LLC (LOOPING over Homes - FLYING 400 ft above homes to be a rogue PILOT), VEGAS WARBIRDS LLC - N2550, CAVORT LLC - N1887S, CHRISTIANSEN AVIATION LLC: N5520S, MILLER WALTER TIMOTHY - N6072S, Light Sport Aviation LLC, Mustang Leasing, LLC of Henderson, NV ... the list goes on and on, can't keep up with them ...
Among others, Diamond planes owned by Chennault flying services registered under TACTICAL INTEGRATED TRAINING SOLUTIONS LLC are dominating the traffic early mornings over SCS golf courses. (They used to belong to Falcon Aviation which was shut down in Georgia because of crashes and safety concerns). Recently Diamond DV-20 - N857PA had to make an emergency landing in NW Las Vegas on the side of the road, due to "engine issues". A single-engine Diamond DA40 from the same LLC went down and killed two people back in March 2023 in Palm Beach County).
These planes are not even trying to get out of congested areas to practice outside; they are routinely flying on top of densely populated neighborhoods like SCS and Summerlin communities and nearby golf courses because of the view.
WARNING: An increase in the number of low flying planes that can't even be tracked via Flightaware. Everyday, there are multiple low flying planes flying below Federal regulations, they have turned off their transponders not to be tracked. They are LOOPING, MANEUVERING AND HARASSING OUR RESIDENTS, EARLY MORNINGS, LATE AT NIGHTS. Under ADS-B Privacy Act, these offenders are deliberately hiding their identity so they won't be tracked by the residents while they are joyriding at low altitude on top of our homes. Today there was a white single prop, flying low and looping over SCS, it wouldn't leave and kept coming back every 30 min. I guess their privacy MATTERS, but our health & sanity DOESN'T!
From 11 am - 5 pm:
Sky Combat Ace (extremely loud E300s group tours, often flying around SCS and Summerlin golf courses). Recently dumped from Henderson to North Las Vegas Airport, SCA flies over SCS a lot. Their engines are super loud like sports cars, they fly low and slow on top of our golf courses and communities (for marketing) and reverberation of their engines can be heard for 60 sec or more. They charge their customers thousands of dollars to sell combat video games on top of our golf courses. They have very frequent scheduling (Thursday - Monday). The footprint of SCA loud E300s is affecting tens of thousands of homes west of KVGT, and within a 3 mile radius around it.
SCA has had multiple deadly crashes and is exploiting the FAA's loopholes to AVOID OVERSIGHT IN TERMS OF MAINTENANCE AND PILOT TRAINING. BANNED IN OCEANSIDE, CA and Dismissed in Henderson NV, SCA is targeting your neighborhood on a daily basis, making you and your neighbors feel unsafe and threatened, inside your own home.
From 7 pm - 12 midnight:
Late at nights, Vegas Aviation has been looping and joyriding for fun. ON TOP AVIATION LLC- owned by Love Cloud serves romantic dinner and loops over SCS and TPC Summerlin, mostly for the view. Flying early mornings and late at nights, Love Cloud has been flying here regularly to sell romantic dinner/brunch, on top of our golf courses.
THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM SCS CAN AVOID. AS THE TIME GOES BY, these businesses WILL MULTIPLY and take over your neighborhood. In addition to horrendous noise, planes exhaust is causing serious harm to the health and well being of our community. Jet engine emissions contain large amounts of nano-sized particles, which are particularly prone to reach the lower airways upon inhalation. According to research, you're more likely to DIE from exposure to toxic pollutants in plane exhaust than in a plane crash.
Research shows, long-term impacts of continuous exposure to toxic aircraft emission at low altitudes can be very damaging to your health. Should families wait until their loved ones turn up with elevated rates of cancer and respiratory disease in ten years, and then demand the FAA and/or Congress do something? Or should they demand that the FAA and/or Congress act now?
CALL YOUR LOCAL SENATORS AND MEMBERS OF CONGRESS AND TELL THEM TO STOP THE DAILY ASSAULT AGAINST THE RESIDENTS.
