The numbers of low flying offensive planes that are "acoustically dive bombing" Summerlin residents and residents west of KVGT are significantly increasing. They are flying low over densely populated residential neighborhoods as a part of the FAA’s NextGen, many of these plane have recently been kicked out of Henderson and other places and moved to North Las Vegas airport.
Sky Combat Ace, Chennault Flying Service, Love Cloud (ON TOP AVIATION LLC), All In Aviation (registered in Henderson), Vegas Aviation, Crosswinds Aviation and a dozen other LLCs registered outside state of NV are routinely flying low over Sun City Summerlin, Arroyo golf course, and TPC Summerlin golf courses. Many of these planes have had history of previous fatal crashes and major safety concerns. Banned or thrown out of other places, these planes have found their safe haven: North Las Vegas Airport, with no regulation or ordinances.
In addition to constant noise, there are long-term impacts of continuous exposure to toxic aircraft emission at low altitudes. Should families wait until their loved ones turn up with elevated rates of cancer and respiratory disease in ten years, and then demand the FAA and/or Congress do something? Or should they demand that the FAA and/or Congress act now? Contact the FAA and your U.S. Congressman and Senators and tell them to stop the daily assault.

- Please Contact Las Vegas FSDO (702) 617-8500 and file a safety compliant against a growing number of low flying offensive planes (that belong to flight schools and touring businesses). They are excessive looping, targeting and deliberately practicing right on top of Sun City and Summerlin golf courses and homes because of the view. Tell them to move these businesses to outside the City limit or back to Henderson. Loud stunt planes with dark history of previous fatal crashes don't belong to densely populated residential neighborhoods.
