Dear Everyone,

The DOE is unable to make a change to the day due to this situation occurring late. Although, being absent to school with a religious reason is going to set you as excused for that day. The next school day, you must bring an absense note signed by a parent in order to be set as excused. 

We tried, but inshallah a change would occur. If it doesn't change, it is best to follow the instructions above. You can be late, present, or absent, but you should give your school's office a valid attendance note signed by a parent/guardian.
