Mount Joy Township abuse of power and discretion continues behind the cloaks of Chairman Gormont and Solicitor Susan J. Smith.

Since July 16, 2020, citizens and taxpayers have been shutout from "in-person" public meetings and this township only uses the "Zoom" virtual platform when its paid for by the solar applicant; otherwise, they use an archaic, unstable Startmeeting remote option.

NOTICE

THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WILL MAKE ITS DECISION ON THE BROOKVIEW SOLAR 1 CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION FOR THE SOLAR ENERGY FACILITY DURING ITS REGULARLY SCHEDULED WORKSHOP MEETING ON JUNE 3, 2021. 7PM THE MEETING WILL BE A REMOTE MEETING USING THE ZOOM PLATFORM. ADDITIONAL INFOMATION ON ACCESS TO THE ZOOM MEETING WILL BE POSTED ASAP. CLICK HERE FOR DRAFT AGENDA
