The Solar Grinch has stolen Christmas for the 168 adjacent landowners, a second year in a row to benefit only a few landowners, and a quarter of these 18 lease holders don't even reside in Mt Joy Township.
Residents for Responsible Solar and Agriculture now have over 945 local opposition written signatures against Brookview Solar 1.
