Since July 16, 2020, Mt Joy Township has been hiding behind Covid-19 and will no longer allow its residents to attend public meetings up to 25 in-person, despite some surrounding townships still keeping their doors open with integrity and transparency.
Judge Wagner did order up to 34 persons are allowed to attend these conditional use hearings that are unrepresented parties:
