Despite the May 22nd "yellow" phase limiting public/social gatherings to 25 people, Brookview Solar 1 and Township are now rescheduling next "public" Conditional-Use hearing for June 1st and 17th, denying hundreds of the general public and its party status constituents from equal participation and procedural rights, perpetuating a continued lack of transparency and irreparable harm to its tax-paying residents. 

This "remote hearing" from township building will not allow for public equity in view of land-use proceedings, exhibits, or witnesses.
