This is important to force Motorola to acknowledge that they can't ditch customer support when they want. The Xoom Family Edition tablet has become the black sheep of there tablets. These actions are not uncommon from Motorola and needs to be stopped. Many people have paid good money to get ditched on the side line while the older Xoom product gets full support.
