I am receiving response for Grievance lodged on Aaple Sarkar that since the payment of Traffic fine, Towing Charges & Service Tax are collected collectively, no separate Receipt is issued for payment done to RTO! This is no way explains if at all Vidarbha Infotech Pvt. Ltd. pays anything to RTO or not. Also, as per Service Tax Rule 4(a), anyone paying Service Tax has to mention Registration No. on its Invoice. I don't find this detail mentioned anywhere. It is illegal to collect Service Tax this way. There's no guarantee if at all Vidarbha Infotech Pvt. Ltd. also pays Service Tax it collects. Also, as per Registrar of Companies, Vidarbha Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is registered with Corporate Identification Number is (CIN) U72900MH2000PTC128977 and its registration number is 128977 & the business activity is mentioned as Other computer related activities. How can a company registered for doing Other computer related activities be allowed to do Towing business? I feel there is a big scandal here. So, please do your bit & forward it to maximum citizens who care about the possible wrong doings.
