Ryan Alan Utterback of Gladstone MO has been charged with:

1) Child Molestation x3 - 2nd Degree -Child Less Than 12 Years Of Age

2) Furnish Pornographic Material Or Attempt To Furnish To A Minor 

3) Domestic Assault - 4th Degree - 1st Or 2nd Offense

Based on the city's response and testimonials, along with his history of child and adult abuse as well as his documented criminal history, he is a clear and present danger to the community and his Bond should be revoked immediately.

New police reports have been, and will be, filed by his alleged victims, however many have come forward as intimated by the defendant. Victims require a safe space without fear of retaliation and this can not happen while he is out on bond.

Missouri Rules 37.19 & 37.20 allow arrest warrants to be issued and for Bond to be reevaluated should new evidence be presented and at the judge's discretion.
