Please vote in the General Election. Politics matters. Let's remember the suffragettes who fought for the vote and who inspired me to set up my campaign. I am still waiting for the Home Office to announce when they will implement #MothersOnMarriageCerts and I will be following this up with who ever ends up in power after this election. I strongly believe that if more than just 23% of MPs were women then I wouldn't have needed to set up a campaign and gain over 70,000 names on a petition - because mothers would have been included on marriage certificates years ago.
