The problem of the state and child protective services is to pre-judge the mother or parent's ability to be a parent. What is exactly the premise of these authorities to be the judge of a situation without the proper help of lawyers and authorities for the parent? Immediately, the child and the people involved are put through the traumatizing practices of the system without the permission of the mother or parties involved. In fact, both parties involved suffer and prolong affirmitive resolutions for the child and the parent when it comes to the guardianship.

This petition is to help especially my case, immigrant mothers, mother's and women especially who feel they are being disregarded in their cases for the guardianship of their child/children. At the beginning of my case with the child care protective services the social worker was even blasé and aggressive to me and then wouldn't even give me his name! So, what is this behaviour? He insisted it was part of the culture for all to suffer and blowing me off.

There is no proactivity in this and the following protocols, associations, and parties that are involved need to change. There is no reason for me to be further disregarded in my case and allow a mentally abusive exhusband and authorities to put me into further injustice. My ability as a migrant mother, all the possible misinformation that surrounds this issue, and feeling like lab rats in the system. Yet, I have whole heartedly cared for my daughter at some of the most loving and highest levels in the planet at a low income and as a migrant woman with barely any help.

Please sign my petition to help change the system and to help me get my daughter back! It has been 7 months in the system, which for our case is awful. Signing this petition will also provide for cases regarding migrant mothers, vegan mothers, eco sustainable and alternative home schooling mothers, and abused mothers a chance to be heard. That our cases have special consideration at the state level and that we may have the custody of our children back righteously instead of being in the system dealing with workers and people who sometimes don't even have children or barely take care of themselves. Where is the empathy or knowledge in this? The situation and the injustice is awful for all parties involved actually.
