I am asking that we all unite behind the protection of nature and mother earth. An example of the extreme conditions for many species this pic shows wild polar bears in a remote Siberian town of Novaya Zemlya at the dump looking for food rather than their normal hunting grounds. A study concluding that ninety-six per cent of the world’s mammals, by weight, are now humans and their livestock; just four per cent wild. We have simply crowded, bullied, and brutalized every species intro retreat, near-extinction and worse. We need to stand together if we want a future with wildlife. Please this is no joke, we need to all think every day what can I do to help. Perhaps it's your spending power, but to ignore and hope someone else is picking up the pieces is not a solution. It is up to ALL of us, we need to adopt more natural way's of living in harmony. Small steps become big change over time, such as stop using single use plastic, don't support fossil fuel, invest in green solutions. There is allot we can still do, #1 educate everyone on way's to help heal our planet. WE NEED NATURE!!!!
Alarming catastrophes such as heat death's in places too hot for people to live. Land drowned by the anticipated sea level rise of two meters by 2100, including much of south Florida and most of Bangladesh.
Increasingly intense wildfires from California to Canada’s north, the Amazon and southern Europe. Disasters such as insanely furious hurricanes that are no longer natural. Dying oceans from acidification. Droughts driving freshwater shortages. Unbreathable air from dust from droughts and wildlife smoke. Increasing conflicts between and within nations over resources.
The continued slaughtering and killing of wildlife, whales, dolphins, elephants etc. Our race in many ways does not deserve to survive. Is this what we are all working so hard for to have a dead planet?
We are the only thing standing in the way of a better tomorrow, by giving mother earth legal rights corporations will not be in control of this planet. What future do we want to give to our future generations?
