We desperately NEED YOUR HELP! Our fight to Save the Pavilion is nowhere near over! We have a huge Family Day coming up and to make this happen we need your DONATIONS! Why hold a Family Fun Day?? So we can spread awareness FAR & WIDE, Get More Media Coverage.. We cannot let the Council, Feds & State Forget about us! We need to keep in-front of them at ALL TIMES!

Suttons Beach Pavilion was 14th on the list for money requested from the Election coming up… We should be HIGHER on that list!! We all know that..

So if you want to help us- please donate some much needed funds so we can make this happen. Everything we do costs money, and nothing is cheap unfortunately.

We all work endless hours to get better outcomes and all of it is unpaid work for the committee & volunteers.
What our Money is spent on and what will it be spent on?? Good Question- See below;

-Signs ($20 each approx.)
-Permits (Over $1300)
-Shirts (We don’t make money off these as we like to keep them cheap for everyone)
-Liability Insurance (over $1200 to keep our volunteers safe, the group legally safe)
-Marques/Tables/Pens/Paper etc Stationary
-Stickers for you ALL
-Markets Stall Costs

...The list is endless… But this is the reason we need help anyway possible.. If you simply cannot donate- we understand but we would love if you could share instead!
