Moreton Bay Regional Council's draft corporate was recently released for public comment.
This is the document which charts Council's planned focus and direction for the next several years.
While it was terrific to see the draft plan acknowledge climate change and the need to take action, supporters of the Moreton Climate Action Now campaign are disturbed and disappointed that it does not seem to reflect an understanding of the urgency and gravity of the situation which needs strong and immediate action by Council.
