We need more vegan, vegetarian, and kosher school lunch options. I have friends who are vegetarian or vegan, and they constantly struggle to get good food that they can eat. I like to keep kosher, if only on Passover, and I run into these same problems. I know that home lunch exists, but some families can't supply lunches for their kids at school. That's why we need less chicken in our salads and more options for lunch. Kids could eat better, or even eat at all, and it only takes a few more options.
