So since Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge aka Star Wars Land was opened at Disneyland Park in Disneyland Resort in Anaheim California USA,

Star Tours: The Adventure Continues was awesome ride in Tomorrowland but it would make more sense to develop if Disney Imagineers to rebuild extra Star Tours: The Adventure Continues 3D like Tomorrowland version to add expansion at Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge is to replace the entire Rivers of America, Pirates Lair (aka Tom Sawyer’s Island), Mark Twain and Canoe Boats and Fantasmic area just like Walt Disney World Orlando Florida Magic kingdom when they close down to make way expansion for Villains Land for example,

so Star Tours: The Adventure Continues 3D should new add that ride with showbuilding, with Star Wars Launch Bay where fans can meet characters including switch villain rotate for Kylo REN and Darth Vader back and forth with old and new Stormtroopers and build Star Wars path of the Jedi theater 

and then in the meantime while construction building Star Tours: The Adventure Continues 3D 

as current Star Tours: The Adventure Continues 3D can still remain open at Tomorrowland at Disneyland for long time until it is built at new Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge before Disney can close that Star Tours 3d ride Tomorrowland to bring back Old classic Star Tours 1987 version with repaint blue color stripe as the way it was and seats repaint blue into original brown orange seats 

so Disney can have 2 Star Tours attractions rides at Disneyland park for guests can have fun enjoy go back and forth.
