The North Essex Clinical Commissioning Group who purchase the services of the North Essex Partnership Trust say they are keeping an open mind on this merger. That doesn't show much confidence in my mind. They also state that the final decision will be made by Monitor and the Competitions and mergers authority. The fact that the Trust itself has not even told the Competitions authority speaks volumes!!!!!!
