My heart aches as I see Christians, Alawites, women, children, the elderly, and many more innocent lives in Syria being subjected to unspeakable horrors committed by terrorists. Human rights should never be a debate; preserving human dignity should always be our shared mission. As per the UN reports, since the start of the conflict in 2011, over 400,000 lives have been lost and millions of Syrians are displaced. Innocent people, irrespective of their faith and age, are bearing the brunt of this brutal conflict. Tremendous humanitarian efforts have been made, but they are insufficient.

Therefore, we urge all nations and international organizations to escalate their aid for Syria, focusing especially on vulnerable groups who are the most impacted by this crisis. It is essential that we jointly take immediate and effective measures to put an end to these atrocities and ensure the safety and dignity of all Syrians.
