ACLU in city defending the homeless panhandlers

As the city has been addressing the homelessness and joblessness issue by criminalization and ticketing panhandlers to rid them off the public eye the ACLU finally steps in. In recent news the ACLU submits a complaint to city of tears on addressing the problems that are leading to panhandler joblessness n homeless issues, for by criminalization of the poor asking for charity is a clear violation of the first amendment right of free speech. Slowly we will receive equal justice for all. Thanks ACLU.
