On Sunday, April 25, Arizona Diamondbacks left-hander Madison Bumgarner pitched a complete-game, seven-inning shutout and did not allow a hit in the second game of a doubleheader. Starting in 2020, doubleheaders are only seven innings long and therefore, Madison did all that he could possibly do to complete this historic achievement.
