Missouri Clean Skies Initiative 

Missouri residents are imploring state legislators to protect our air, soil and skies from the harmful pollutants caused by stratospheric aerosol injections, solar radiation management, marine cloud brightening, cloud seeding, atmospheric injections and other forms of weather modification flying over our state . 

Military, private and NGO aircraft and weather balloons engage in weather modification and research by flying over our state without our consent or any public discussion. This lack of transparency is astounding, how is it that these agencies have the liberty to fly planes over private land and spray the air we breathe, and the soil which grows our food? Missourians neither voted on nor agreed to fund or take part in extreme and frequent efforts to modify weather, seed clouds, impact climate change, or conduct weather manipulation experimentation and research.

This is a nonpartisan issue. Weather manipulation pollution is harmful to Missouri air, soil and water.
