One of the plaintiffs referenced in the Toronto Star coverage has now completed trial, and a judgment is expected soon. ⚖️ While we await that decision, related developments continue to unfold. The Soap Tree location at Erin Mills has closed, with mall management confirming the closure.

Over time, more individuals across Ontario have come forward describing similar experiences involving cosmetic store financing, refund conditions, and unclear agreements. Raising awareness helps people make informed decisions before signing anything presented in retail settings.
