Complained to Victoria Police around 2009 after an ex step daughter false accusations, owing to jealousy of my own long lost daughter.

Her accusation cost me my marriage for which after I complained to Victoria Police, she admitted was all a lie.

In 2013, arrested by victoria police for alleged contempt of court, yet never ever received such court documents 

Given 2 years in prison, as victoria police commissioner Ken lay had realised that the years I spent in prison many years previously was on false allegations, as was cleared of any wrong doing by a federal court in 1988.

Advised by police officer that the police commissioner Ken lay advised that the documents I seek to clear my name would never ever be released as well as he would disobey any court order, which he has done.

I was sent to prison for two years, but finally given a pardon, which the former premier Andrews had according to a judge not ratified.

March 2017 at a vcat meeting in Melbourne the Victorian solicitors general office advised the judge that the former Victorian police commissioner Ken lay had caused misfeasance against me as well as destroyed the evidence that had cleared me.

Vcat judge also refused the evidence if left to be release to me, so I believe political interference by premier Andrews

Premier Andrews advised by myself of what his government had advised me, instead of allowing the former Victorian police commissioner Ken lay to face a court of law and imprisonment instead promoted Ken lay to other positions in the public service 

So in effect the former Victorian premier Andrews has also committed misfeasance which is a crown law.

Complained to Victoria IBAC, who knowing of the misfeasance instead refuse to assist me, so again I believe political interference by the former Victorian premier Andrews 

Complained to our prime minister albanese, who his federal court had cleared me, yet not a word from him, or his attempts to bring ny long lost daughter Amy and I together after an absence of over 35 yrs.

This is a disgrace by our political masters who seem to convert up a very corrupt police commissioner
