Minor documentation rectifications

The Issue

I hope this finds you well. I am humbly requesting minor documentation rectifications, in order to address some pressing concerns mentioned below.


(01) Just like a Google account, which requires creating an email address and password, and filling in information such as date of birth, gender, name, and phone number, granting access to various services like Docs, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Sheets, and Slides, I request the creation of a federated ID. This ID should store all biometric information and serve as a unified identifier, replacing the need for individual documents such as ABHA, Aadhaar, APAAR, Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate, CKYC Identifier, EPIC, PAN, and PRAN. This would simplify the process of Know Your Customer (KYC) and information updates for both the government and the public, making it less complex and challenging. 

 

(02)There have been numerous instances in the news where individuals forge fake date of birth records to continue working in the government sector beyond the retirement age or to gain additional attempts at government exams. This is possible due to the lack of a verification system for birth-related information. Therefore, I humbly request that you establish a foolproof system, utilizing hospital birth records, bone density tests, or other verification methods, to ensure that deserving candidates receive jobs, rather than those who are undeserving or ineligible. 

 

(03) The address, date of birth, and PIN code should be printed in both English and Scheduled languages to promote indigenous culture. To illustrate, if an individual's date of birth is 23 March 2001 (Gregorian calendar) and Chaitra Shukla Paksha Pratipada २०६१ (Vikram Samvat), both dates should be printed on government-issued identity cards, school and university certificates and transcripts, and government admit cards, offer letters, and registration forms. I envision a future where both "Republic of India" and "भारत गणराज्य" (in Devanagari) are printed in the address section of all records. 

 

(04) Many healthcare institutions, such as the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, and Indian Railways' Health Units in the NCR region, often lack online documentation of prescriptions and medicine availability records. As a result, medicines are frequently unavailable or in short supply, which I believe may be distributed to pharmacists' friends and family or sold illegally (I am not accusing all pharmacists of wrongdoing). This causes problems for many individuals, including my mother, who suffers from hypothyroidism and anxiety. Online documentation would help alleviate these issues, enabling patients to easily understand prescriptions (which can be difficult to decipher when handwritten by physicians) and check medicine availability. 

 

(05) Lastly, I request that you provide all services, such as saving health records (ABHA) and other records (Digilocker), filing complaints, and requesting updates to school and university certificates and transcripts, through a single app and website for seamless service. Currently, multiple apps like ABHA and UMANG exist, which would be better consolidated into a single portal rather than remaining separate.


I would appreciate it if you could consider these proposals and take necessary steps to implement them.
