The New York Senate recently passed bill S. 8543/A. 10763 making age-appropriate menstrual health education mandatory in New York public schools. Bill S. 8543/A. 10763 is now moving on to the New York Assembly!
We aim to accomplish the same goal here in Minnesota - to amend Minnesota state law to include a statute that explicitly mandates menstrual health education and specifically endometriosis education in public schools.
