Minnesota leaders need to hear from Greater MN! They need to know clean energy is important to people all across the state.

Did you know MN is one of the fastest warming states in the USA? Did you know MN is NOT on track to meet its goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 80% by 2050? We must act now if we are to meet statewide goals for reduced carbon emissions and clean energy generation.

Ask your state leaders to support 100% Clean Energy bills (HF278 and SF643) and sign higher standards for clean energy generation into MN state law.

These bills will ensure that Minnesota's electricity is generated by 100% clean energy (solar, wind, hydro, hydrogen, and biomass) by 2040.

Great River Energy, Minnesota Power, and Xcel Energy already have plans in place to increase their clean energy production in the years ahead. This legislation will push all electric utilities to strengthen plans and get this done by 2040.

Caring for our beloved natural resources is the Minnesota way! For clean air, clean water, healthy people, lower energy bills, and greater equity in our utilities workforce, this legislation is needed now more than ever.
