Thank you all for the amazing support so far, we just passed 4000 signatures.

Today, the Auckland Council decided to allocate over $600 million towards a cycle/pedestrian lane on the harbour bridge. 

This is a good thing, slightly less traffic on the bridge and a cool place to walk, however it's sad that they seem to just to bowing down to any upset wannabe Armstrong that starts an illegal protest about such a small issue, especially when cyclists hardly use the already provided cycle lanes.

We need to let the government know that we do not think this is ok, and that we want the same laws enforced on cyclists using the road, that all other road users have to abide by.

Make them visible and able to be reported with a license plate and registration system. Make it free, we don't care, we just want equal rights for all road users.
