Unrealistic expectations from State Governments

RERA by Central Government nowhere says that a seperate licence for every state is required by Real Estate Agents. The licence fee is also many times for these states as compare to the recommended by centre. State Governments have found the excuse to milk us as per their whims and wishes without thinking of hardship of young consultants who are more dependent upon Builders projects.
