The online Petition has been completely modified to support the Victim and for a larger cause of Bullying and Stalking including Cyber Bullying. 

My Appeal to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Prime Minister of India, Honourable Narendra Modi is to seriously look at Bullying and Stalking both over the Internet as well as Face to Face  The Story shared here is real, where the Victim is still surviving and fighting it all out by her own.
